Partial booking vs. booking of the whole property
During High season (July and August), only booking of whole property is possible. Otherwise, each building can be booked separately since each has its own access and equipment.
During Low season (November to March, except Christmas and New Year), only master's house can be booked (capacity : 8 people).
Please note: pets are welcome as long as the whole property is booked by the same party.

Secure online payment
Payments can be processed online through secure transaction .
For payments less than 15 days before beginning of rental, online payment is mandatory to avoid any delay in processing.

Rental details
Rental are from saturday (arrival after 04:00pm) to next saturday (departure before 10:00am).
Above rates include
- Water, heating, electricity (up to 800 Kwh/week)
- Cot bed and highchair if requested
Charged extras
- Phone
- Electricity above 800 Kwh/week
Options available
- End of stay cleaning : 100 €
- Hire of bed sheets, duvet covers, tea towels : 10 € par personne
- Hire of bath towels : 5 € par personne
Deposit
- When renting the whole property, we require an 800 € deposit at least 2 weeks before arrival. This is to cover for possible drinks, breakages, loss of items and any damage to the property or its contents. The deposit is given back on departure day.
- If damage valuation requires longer, we guarantee the deposit will not be kept for longer than 15 working days.
