How to book

1. You wish to book the whole property

You have checked the Availability and Rates table and it seems the booking is possible; Then please fill-in the Booking form ; In the next few hours, we will confirm you the availability and rate and send you the rental agreement.

In order to confirm the booking, you will need to return the rental agreement signed within 10 days with a 30% deposit (or a 100% deposit if arrival date is in less than a month after the agreement being returned). During these 10 days, we will hold the booking on option for you. The remaining part of the payment should be received no later than 14 days before arrival.

If the Availability and Rates table indicates a pending booking, contact us to let us know your interest in a booking and we will let you know the outcome of the pending booking.

2. You wish to make a partial booking of the property

Please fill-in the Information Request and explain your requirements. This is important as the apartments and houses vary in capacity, comfort and rates.

Depending on your request and our availability, we will provide you with the most suitable offer including rates and level of comfort, so you know before booking.

3. You are interested in booking the property but...

You have specific needs / requests: special dates, family meetings, seminars, specific services requested, etc.

Then please fill-in the form and we will do our best to satisfy your needs provided we have the availability.
